Hidden Trail Brewing

Our story begins in the summer of 2020. While working together, we realized that we shared the same dream. That dream was to open a hang-out style of brewery, without a kitchen, that focused on beers made in house, an outdoor area, games, and would bring in a rotation of food trucks. That summer was spent touring surrounding breweries in Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska to decide exactly what we wanted our place to become. 

Construction really began the following summer with us doing demolition ourselves May 2021 and contractors hit the ground running in June. We were very excited to have contractors that allowed us to help as much as possible throughout the process. Sweat equity was important to us, and now that we are here we are all extremely proud to have had a hand in helping build this place.
