“IT WAS A HOT AND STORMY NIGHT” — not to sound melodramatic but that’s how the story really begins. Back in the spring of 2013, we set out, amid treacherous weather, to help grow the local brewing community— one deliciously crafted beer at a time.

What began as an unlikely duo, consisting of Zac, a banking analyst turned bartender, and Joe, a former biology major, quickly transitioned into a dream team with the same mindset: creating authentically crafted beer. At the time, we saw an opportunity to join in the local craft beer movement.

We knew it was time to share our passion for quality beer with other enthusiasts and do our part to establish a younger generation of craft brewers, focused on quality ingredients, traditional brewing techniques, and consistent quality in every glass or can with our name on it. We began perfecting the art of beer making in a local co-op space, until it was eventually time to expand our operations and grow our brand.
