After many years of farming and brewing in Western North Carolina, Jess and Chris Whaley opened Whaley Farm Brewery in Old Fort, NC, on the banks of Mill Creek.

Whaley Farm Brewery combines regenerative farming with deeply researched beer recipes. The resulting brews are collaborations between husband and wife, showcasing local ingredients brewed through a dynamic range of techniques that are sometimes hard to find.

With a focus on service and community connection, the Whaleys create an experience where the ingredients and beer shine. Whaley Farm Brewery offers an honest, ingredient-driven approach to beer.
