Battlefield Brew Works

is a craft brewery, restaurant, and pub in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, located in a historic Civil War-era building at 248 Hunterstown Road. The brewery shares the property with Spirits of Gettysburg Distillery, creating a distinctive destination where visitors can experience craft beer, spirits, food, and local history in one setting. The building itself is a Pennsylvania Dutch brick-end barn constructed around 1848 and later used as part of a Confederate field hospital.

Battlefield Brew Works offers rotating craft beers selected from Pennsylvania Breweries, with styles including lagers, IPAs, ales, stouts, and other seasonal selections. The brewery has also produced its own beers in small batches, emphasizing carefully selected grains and hops and a hands-on brewing approach. Its rotating taps give visitors opportunities to sample different Pennsylvania-made beers during each visit.

The on-site restaurant and pub adds another dimension to the experience, serving freshly prepared food in a rustic historic atmosphere. Guests can enjoy beer alongside a meal, explore the building’s history, and take part in events held at the venue.

With its historic setting, rotating craft-beer selection, small-batch brewing, and food-focused hospitality, Battlefield Brew Works offers a memorable destination for visitors exploring Gettysburg’s beer and culinary scene.
