Black Rock Brewing Company – Linglestown

Black Rock Brewing Company - Linglestown

Black Rock Brewing Company was a craft brewery and restaurant located on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Linglestown location became part of the brewery’s expansion beyond its original Pottsville home, offering visitors a comfortable place to enjoy locally produced beer and food. The brewery was recognized as one of the Pennsylvania craft beverage destinations featured in the state’s tourism listings, reflecting its role in the regional brewing community.

The brewery offered a selection of house beers alongside a food menu designed for casual dining. Black Rock’s beer program included styles such as blonde ales, IPAs, and other rotating craft selections, giving guests different options to explore. Its brewing identity was closely connected with the Black Rock Brewpub brand, which continues to feature locally produced beers and a varied beverage selection at its Pottsville location.

The Linglestown location provided a relaxed setting for enjoying craft beer and food with friends and family. Although Black Rock Brewing Company - Linglestown is now permanently closed, its time in the Harrisburg area remains part of the region’s craft beer history. The former location at 5948 Linglestown Road was associated with the brewery before its closure and later became separated from the Black Rock brand.
