Geronimo Brewing Inc

is a small-scale craft brewery in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, founded by brewer Drew Scott in 2018. Located at Lilly’s Jury Room on West Court Street, the brewery was created around the idea that the abundance of interesting ingredients and brewing possibilities should encourage variety rather than repetition. Its intimate setting gives the brewery a distinctive neighborhood character while connecting locally brewed beer with Doylestown’s food scene.

Geronimo Brewing is known for frequently changing recipes and experimenting with different ingredients and styles. Its beers have included IPAs, pale ales, pilsners, lagers, porters, stouts, Scotch ales, farmhouse ales, and fruit beers. Standout examples include Red Devils ESB, Wee Heavy, Pathfinder Chocolate Porter, C-5 Galaxy IPA, Desert Fox Pilsner, and Mayday Maibock. The constantly evolving lineup gives visitors something new to discover.

The brewery operates alongside Lilly’s Gourmet, with handcrafted beers brewed on-site and food prepared by the culinary team at Lilly’s. Guests can enjoy small plates, salads, sandwiches, and other gourmet selections designed to complement the beer. The cozy taproom provides a relaxed environment for enjoying freshly brewed beer and locally prepared food.

With its experimental approach, rotating beer selection, intimate setting, and partnership with Lilly’s Gourmet, Geronimo Brewing Inc. offers a distinctive craft beer experience in Bucks County. Its focus on fresh recipes and unusual ingredients makes it an appealing stop for visitors who enjoy discovering independent breweries and trying beers that are different from the usual lineup.
