McAllister Brewing Company

is an independent craft brewery founded by Mike McAllister, Kate McAllister, and Seth Montz, whose shared passion for craft beer inspired them to create a brewery of their own. The company opened in North Wales in December 2018 with an eight-barrel brewing system. From its beginnings, McAllister Brewing Company has focused on producing quality local beer while creating a friendly, distinctive environment where customers can connect with the brewery and its community.

McAllister Brewing Company offers a broad and constantly changing selection of beers, ranging from lagers, English ales, and IPAs to wild and funky styles. Its lineup includes New England IPAs, seasonal beers, and creative releases made with carefully selected ingredients. The brewery also features its proprietary Sudz Capacitor system, designed to enhance flavors in lactose-free dessert-style beers. An eight-barrel brewhouse and rotating tap list allow the team to experiment regularly and introduce new beers throughout the year.

Visitors can enjoy McAllister Brewing Company in its intimate taproom, which has a distinctive speakeasy-style atmosphere and 13 rotating taps. The brewery also serves food designed to complement its beer selection and welcomes guests looking for a relaxed local gathering place. With its creative brewing program, variety of styles, community-focused philosophy, and hands-on ownership, McAllister Brewing Company offers an enjoyable destination for discovering the craft beer culture of southeastern Pennsylvania.
