Saint Boniface Craft Brewing Co

is a craft brewery based in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, with roots dating back to 2010. The brewery began in a small storefront and gradually expanded its brewing operation and taproom. Named after Saint Boniface, the patron saint of brewers, the company built its identity around creating flavorful, distinctive beer while becoming part of the local Ephrata community. In 2024, Pour Man’s Brewing Company acquired Saint Boniface and continued producing its beers and operating the Ephrata taproom.

Saint Boniface offers a diverse selection of year-round, seasonal, and limited-edition beers. Its lineup includes 3LB IPA, Paideia Pale Ale, Libation Double IPA, Hegemony Imperial Stout, Orange Pollinator Hefeweizen, and other rotating selections. The brewery is particularly known for hop-forward beers and creative interpretations of classic styles. Its taproom also serves a small food menu featuring pizza, strombolis, and sandwiches, giving visitors simple options to enjoy alongside freshly brewed beer.

The Saint Boniface taproom provides a relaxed setting for enjoying handcrafted beer in Lancaster County. Its beer is also distributed across several Pennsylvania counties, allowing the brewery’s creations to reach a wider audience beyond Ephrata. Although the original business has changed ownership, Saint Boniface continues to maintain its brewing identity and local presence. For visitors exploring Ephrata and the surrounding craft beer scene, it offers an interesting combination of Pennsylvania brewing tradition, creative beers, and community character.
