Fass Brewing

About FassOur MissionFass produces beers of the highest quality with respect for tradition and a spark of creativity. These beers are expertly served out of our timeless taproom with reverence for the people who shaped our present.

The BeerWith formal education and on-the-job training at breweries big and small, our brewers have the knowledge and skill to create technically sound examples of traditional styles, as well as modern and radical experimental beers. Our locally manufactured 5-barrel brewhouse gives us the ability to try new things and refine our craft.

The TaproomThe Fass taproom is unlike any other. Featuring beautiful custom millwork and timeless design, the interior invokes the class and history of the Gentry Building that houses it. Our beers are served directly from 5-barrel serving tanks behind the bar, which makes for the freshest beer possible. All of this results in a unique and exceptional beer drinking experience.
