Since 2008, winemakers and owners, Irlyn and Gavin have been making wines, growing to more than 20 wine varietals and two lines of wine: Gallifant Cellars and SouthPaw Cellars). Gallifant wines are single varietal, exceptionally handcrafted with a taste of the Old World. SouthPaw Cellars (they're both left-handed) are blends with a flair for fun and all that Arizona has to offer!
Our tasting room on the historic downtown Main Street in Old Town Cottonwood makes the perfect stop for your Verde Valley Wine Trail Tour.
