Apriori Cellar

is a boutique Napa Valley winery dedicated to producing ultra-premium, terroir-driven wines that emphasize balance, elegance, and authenticity. Founded by longtime friends Patrice Breton and Georges Sabongui, the winery was created from a shared passion for exceptional winemaking after successful careers in the technology industry. Their philosophy is centered on crafting wines that express the individuality of carefully selected vineyard sites while remaining true to the natural character of the fruit.

Apriori Cellar sources grapes from some of California’s most respected vineyards in Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Anderson Valley, and the Santa Cruz Mountains. Its portfolio includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Rosé, and proprietary red blends, with each wine produced in limited quantities to ensure outstanding quality and attention to detail. The winery’s meticulous approach to vineyard selection and winemaking has earned recognition for producing refined wines with depth, purity, and a strong sense of place.

Visitors can enjoy private seated tastings at the winery’s tasting lounge in downtown St. Helena, where knowledgeable wine educators guide guests through a curated selection of wines paired with artisan cheese and charcuterie. Combining personalized hospitality, handcrafted wines, and a commitment to excellence, Apriori Cellar offers an intimate Napa Valley experience that appeals to both seasoned collectors and those discovering premium California wines for the first time.
