Babcock Vineyards

is a pioneering family-owned winery located in the Sta. Rita Hills region of Santa Barbara County, California. Established in 1978 by Walter and Mona Babcock, the winery began when the family purchased a 110-acre property in the western Santa Ynez Valley and planted their first vines. Their son, Bryan Babcock, later became the driving force behind the winery, developing a reputation for innovative farming, creative winemaking, and helping establish the Sta. Rita Hills as a recognized wine region.
