Cebada Vineyard is situated in the cool-climate Sta. Rita Hills region near Lompoc, where coastal breezes and well-drained soils create ideal conditions for growing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery focuses on small-production, Burgundian-style wines crafted from estate-grown fruit, emphasizing balance, elegance, and vineyard expression.
