Foyt Family Wines

is a boutique Sonoma County winery founded by cousins A.J. Foyt IV and Larry Foyt, members of the legendary Foyt racing family. The winery was created from their shared passion for fine wine and their desire to honor the remarkable career and achievements of A.J. Foyt, one of the most successful figures in American motorsports history. Each wine carries a meaningful number connected to A.J. Foyt’s racing legacy, such as famous car numbers or important years from his career.

Located in Sebastopol, California, Foyt Family Wines focuses on producing small-lot, premium wines using grapes sourced from exceptional vineyards in Napa and Sonoma counties. The winery works with skilled winemakers to create expressive wines with minimal new oak influence, allowing the natural fruit character and vineyard qualities to shine. Its production includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Meritage-style blends, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and other carefully crafted selections.

The winery’s approach combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, including small fermentation tanks and controlled cellar practices to maintain quality throughout the winemaking process. Beyond the wines themselves, Foyt Family Wines offers a connection between California wine culture and American racing history, creating a unique story behind every bottle.

With its Sonoma County roots, limited-production wines, and strong family heritage, Foyt Family Wines provides an engaging experience for collectors and wine enthusiasts. The winery represents a blend of passion, dedication, and storytelling, making it a distinctive name among California’s boutique wine producers.
