Harney Lane Winery

is a family-owned estate winery located in Lodi, California, where six generations of farming have shaped a legacy of exceptional winemaking. The family has cultivated the land since 1900 and planted its first wine grapes in 1907. In 2006, they expanded from grape growing into winemaking, producing handcrafted wines exclusively from their sustainably farmed estate vineyards. This vineyard-to-bottle approach allows Harney Lane Winery to oversee every stage of production while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, and authentic Lodi winemaking.

Harney Lane Winery is best known for its award-winning Zinfandel, including wines from the historic Lizzy James Vineyard, planted in 1904. The winery also produces an impressive range of estate-grown wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rhône-style varieties. Every grape is hand-harvested, fermented in small lots, and carefully crafted to highlight the distinctive character of Lodi’s climate and soils.

Visitors to Harney Lane Winery can enjoy guided tastings, behind-the-scenes vineyard tours, and relaxing outdoor seating beneath towering cedar trees. The welcoming tasting room offers an opportunity to experience the family’s rich agricultural heritage while sampling limited-production wines in a beautiful estate setting.

With its century-long farming tradition, sustainable vineyard practices, and dedication to producing elegant estate-grown wines, Harney Lane Winery has become one of Lodi’s premier wine destinations, offering guests a memorable experience that blends history, hospitality, and outstanding craftsmanship.
