The Kedem Winery

offers visitors a welcoming Hudson Valley tasting experience supported by generations of family winemaking tradition. The Herzog family’s history in wine dates to 1848, when its wines earned recognition in Europe and were supplied to the court of Emperor Franz Josef of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After relocating to the United States, the family continued its craft and established Kedem Winery, building a respected name in New York wine.

Guests can explore a broad selection of wines produced at the winery, along with imported bottles offered through its parent company, Royal Wine Corporation. The tasting room features red, white, and sweet wines from New York State and wine regions around the world. Kedem is also widely known for its natural grape juices, providing enjoyable alcohol-free options for children and other visitors.

The comfortable tasting room and outdoor areas create an inviting setting for casual visits, group tastings, and private gatherings. Knowledgeable staff members help guests discover wines suited to their preferences while sharing details about the family’s long winemaking heritage. With its international variety, scenic location, and enduring commitment to quality, The Kedem Winery remains a distinctive destination for travelers exploring the Hudson Valley.
