Misty Creek Farm & Vineyards, LLC

Misty Creek Farm & Vineyards Misty Creek Farm & Vineyards offers a welcoming Yadkin Valley wine experience surrounded by gently rolling farmland west of Winston-Salem. Set on a 60-acre family-owned farm, the property includes approximately 14 acres of vineyards and combines regional history, scenic countryside, and relaxed hospitality. Its location within the Yadkin Valley American Viticultural Area supports grapes suited to North Carolina’s distinctive growing conditions.

Visitors can explore award-winning varietal wines such as Chardonnay, Traminette, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Chambourcin. Sweeter selections include Misty Rose, Chamberry, Rhapsody in Blueberry, and Blackberry Cobbler, made with real sugar and fruit extracts. Most wines are gently aged in Hungarian oak, while the Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness.

The winery is especially lively on Saturdays, when guests may enjoy live rock music, cooking events, farm bazaars, craft nights, and the popular Red Wine and Ribs celebration. Families, children, and dogs are welcome, and visitors can picnic on the grounds, relax beside the lakeside pavilion, or take a self-guided vineyard tour. During colder months, lodge-style fireplaces and historic rocking chairs create a warm, memorable atmosphere.
