Risdall Ranch Winery

is a family-owned boutique winery that offers a welcoming escape in Oregon’s northern Willamette Valley, combining handcrafted wines with genuine country hospitality. The winery became part of the Risdall family in 2015 when Dr. Robert Risdall and his son Emery purchased the historic Shafer Vineyard Cellars, continuing the legacy of one of the region’s long-established vineyard sites. Set among rolling hills near Forest Grove, the property provides a peaceful atmosphere where visitors can enjoy scenic vineyard views, friendly service, and relaxed wine tastings. The family-friendly destination also features picnic areas, outdoor seating, and a unique Christmas shop filled with seasonal décor, making it a memorable stop throughout the year.

The winery produces a diverse selection of wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Tempranillo, dessert wines, and traditional winter Glühwein. Carefully managed vineyards and thoughtful winemaking practices allow each variety to showcase balance, vibrant fruit, and the distinctive character of the Willamette Valley. Guided tastings introduce guests to both classic favorites and seasonal releases in a relaxed setting.

Beyond its wines, Risdall Ranch Winery welcomes guests with pet-friendly grounds, outdoor gatherings, wine tasting experiences, and warm family hospitality. Its combination of historic vineyards, handcrafted wines, beautiful surroundings, and inviting atmosphere makes every visit a memorable Oregon wine country experience.
