Caprio Cellars

is a family-owned boutique winery founded by Dennis Murphy, whose Italian heritage and lifelong appreciation for wine inspired the creation of an estate dedicated to craftsmanship, hospitality, and tradition. Nestled among estate vineyards, the winery embraces the belief that exceptional wines begin in the vineyard and are refined through patience, attention to detail, and respect for the land. Estate-grown fruit, careful vineyard management, and small-lot production allow every vintage to express the character of the Walla Walla Valley. The welcoming atmosphere reflects the family philosophy of treating every guest as part of the Caprio family while celebrating the timeless culture of sharing wine with friends and loved ones.

Visitors can enjoy an outstanding portfolio of Bordeaux-inspired wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and elegant proprietary blends crafted with restrained French oak influence. Guided tasting experiences highlight the winery’s estate vineyards, meticulous winemaking practices, and beautifully designed tasting room overlooking the surrounding vines. Seasonal culinary pairings and personalized hospitality create a memorable visit for both seasoned wine enthusiasts and first-time guests.

Beyond its wines, Caprio Cellars hosts exclusive wine club events and intimate gatherings that celebrate community, generosity, and fine wine. Every visit reflects the winery’s dedication to artisan craftsmanship, meaningful hospitality, and producing exceptional Washington wines with lasting character.
