Obelisco Estate

is a family-owned Washington winery founded by Doug and Betsy Long, whose passion for exceptional viticulture led them from Napa Valley to the renowned Red Mountain AVA. Established with a vision of producing world-class estate wines, the winery planted an intensively managed 30-acre vineyard on the southwest slopes of Red Mountain, where ideal soils, abundant sunshine, and cool evenings create outstanding growing conditions for Bordeaux varietals. Named after the ancient stone monuments symbolizing strength and protection, Obelisco Estate reflects a commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and excellence. Every wine is handcrafted from estate-grown fruit, allowing the winery to showcase the distinctive character, structure, and elegance of one of Washington’s premier wine regions.

Visitors can enjoy an exceptional portfolio featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Chardonnay, Riesling, and the acclaimed Electrum and Nefer blends. Guided tastings highlight the estate’s vineyard-focused philosophy, meticulous winemaking practices, and dedication to producing balanced, age-worthy wines. The welcoming Woodinville tasting room provides a relaxed setting where guests can explore award-winning wines while learning about the vineyard’s history and Red Mountain terroir.

Beyond its wines, Obelisco Estate hosts wine club events, live music, private gatherings, and educational tastings throughout the year. Every visit reflects the winery’s dedication to family, hospitality, and crafting exceptional Washington wines with enduring character.
