Adirondack Winery Lake George Tasting Room

offers a welcoming Adirondack experience centered on handcrafted wine, family entrepreneurship, and friendly hospitality. Founded by husband-and-wife team Mike and Sasha Pardy, the winery grew from their shared appreciation for wine and their dream of building a business connected to the region they loved. Their move to the Adirondacks allowed them to remain close to family while developing a distinctive micro-winery.

Mike’s interest in winemaking developed through years of independent study and experimentation. Together, the couple created a business designed to make wine tasting approachable, enjoyable, and comfortable for visitors with different levels of experience. The tasting room provides an inviting place to explore locally produced wines while learning about the family’s journey and dedication to their craft.

Its convenient Lake George location makes the tasting room an appealing stop during shopping trips, vacations, romantic getaways, and group outings. Guests can sample available selections, receive helpful recommendations, and choose bottles for celebrations, gifts, or home enjoyment. Whether discovering a new favorite or learning more about Adirondack winemaking, visitors can expect a personal experience shaped by passion, perseverance, and genuine regional hospitality.
