Signor Vineyards

offers a beautiful Texas Hill Country wine experience where family heritage, thoughtful winemaking, and carefully maintained gardens come together. Located minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, the estate sits among rolling countryside near the Pedernales River Valley and Grape Creek. Its inviting setting makes it a memorable destination for couples, friends, groups, and travelers exploring the Highway 290 wine region.

The family-owned vineyard was established in 2015, although the Signor family’s Texas roots extend through several generations. Its 17-acre estate vineyard features varieties such as Tannat, Montepulciano, Touriga Nacional, Petite Sirah, Mourvèdre, Tempranillo, and Sangiovese. These grapes support the winery’s goal of producing expressive wines that reflect the distinctive landscape and growing conditions of the region.

Visitors can enjoy tastings while relaxing among landscaped gardens, mature trees, and peaceful outdoor spaces. Joanna’s Market, located on the property, offers snacks, sweets, and gifts that complement the tasting experience. With award-winning wines, warm Texas hospitality, scenic surroundings, and a strong family story, Signor Vineyards provides an elegant yet approachable Fredericksburg destination centered on wine, craftsmanship, and relaxed Hill Country enjoyment.
