Wautoma Springs

is a boutique Washington winery founded through the partnership of award-winning winemaker Jessica Munnell and second-generation grape grower Tom Merkle. Their collaboration began in 2008 with a shared vision of showcasing the exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon grown at Wautoma Springs Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. Over time, the winery expanded its portfolio and, in 2019, opened its welcoming tasting room in Prosser’s Vintner’s Village. Remaining intentionally small, Wautoma Springs focuses on handcrafted wines made from premium vineyard sites, allowing every bottle to reflect the team's close connection to the land, meticulous winemaking, and dedication to producing wines of outstanding quality.

Visitors can enjoy guided tastings featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Albariño, Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and distinctive Bordeaux-style blends crafted in limited quantities.
